All orders when placed must be paid for in advance of delivery. We accept all major credit and bank cards and payment can be taken over the telephone. You may request a receipt that will be emailed back to you via out World Pay system.
If you are paying a deposit for a Wedding or function, payment can be paid over the telephone using a banks card or credit card, alternatively a cheque can be sent by post. These payments are non refundable.
All balance payments for Weddings and functions are required to be paid in full 3 weeks before the event.
Occasionally substitutions have to be used as flowers made not be fully out in bloom or unavailable at
auction. Therefore we use our initiative to give you an alternative with the same colour style and look. As we want to give you the best service possible.
Care must be taken on acceptance of flowers delivered, therefore we have a page on our site that tells you about flowers care, these steps must be followed to get the best from your flowers. Although we must remember we are dealing with nature, therefore we can not guarantee any dates with the lifetime of your flowers. We assure you we only use the best and high grade flowers available.
